    As our work with DMOS deepened, they brought us in to guide their internal marketing, creative and ecommerce strategy sessions. We facilitated their annual meeting and orchestrated a planning and tracking framework that worked for how they worked—keeping multiple priorities and objectives on track through the second half of Q2. Drawing on our past client experience, we offered expertise and perspective on building out the framework of their marketing and creative programs—to shape and hone a rich brand identity.

    At the same time, we provided task and project management to help them execute their top marketing and creative priorities, including launching their Retooled Program, building their Pro Program and focusing in on email program management and messaging. We also provided high-level brand building guidance, helping them sort through and game-plan for what could make the biggest impact for their brand growth. The results were a healthy 20% bump in YoY revenue through the first two quarters of the year.
