    Tagline and Story

    From brand strategy to new logo and the Seattle's Home Mountain tagline, my team—including talented art director Joe Erfle and brand strategist Dave Betts—spearheaded a rebrand for the Summit at Snoqualmie ski area. We started with a brand strategy lite phase gathering stakeholder input to identify the core characteristics of the brand then superimposed those findings with a decade-deep personal understanding of our local ski area.

    After building upon a strategic foundation, we moved forward in close collaboration with the internal design and marketing team. Highlights of the creative phase included crafting a logo rooted in the diverse identities of the four individual ski areas, guiding the approval process with internal stakeholders around the Four Summits brand story and building a sense of newfound pride in the true, differentiating individual character of the union of Summit areas—and its modern expression in an authentic identity.
